Open houses

There is usually one or more open house every week at Pasadera, typically on the weekends. Prospective homebuyers are welcome to visit whenever there is an open house during those hosted hours, but are required to present their driver’s license upon arrival at the gate.

When accompanied by a realtor, prospective homebuyers may visit any day during regular business hours, or at times personally pre-approved by the Pasadera home seller involved.

Prospective homebuyers interested in visiting The Club at Pasadera for a tour while seeing an open house should contact the Club in advance at 831-647-2400.

The Pasadera community is located at Pasadera Drive and Highway 68 in Monterey, California.
